Treatment Approach

The IOP lasts 8 weeks, with 3 days per week of group therapy and 1 hour of individual counseling per week. Using evidence-based approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and psychoeducation, Karuna focuses on fostering resilience, coping skills, and long-term well-being.
