Sterling House Recovery Nest

Following a mind, body, and spirit approach, Sterling House Recovery Nest serves men recovering from drug or alcohol addiction through a structured sober living environment. Located near Busch Gardens and the University of South Florida, Nest provides fully furnished housing with internet access, shared living spaces, and a secure setting. Men have access to practical amenities, including laundry facilities, an equipped kitchen, fresh linens, and household essentials.

Recovery for the Road Ahead

Men follow routines that may include reading recovery literature, contacting sponsors, completing personal inventories, exercising, and maintaining healthy lifestyle habits. Residents also participate in weekly house meetings, life skills training, relapse-prevention workshops, free workshops, and group activities that foster peer support and community involvement. The residence works with a network of treatment facilities to help residents access additional support when needed.
